Tailwind Rebuild is the first sport recovery drink based on a patent-pending perfectly complete protein.
There is a "Golden Window" of 45-60 minutes after strenuous exercise when your body is most receptive to recovery with your muscles primed to replenish their glycogen stores and to repair with protein. Tailwind Rebuild Recovery powder mixed with water has calories to replenish glycogen and complete proteins to accelerate muscle repair.
We start with organic rice protein, and supplement it with amino acids to make that protein complete. Then we add carbohydrates, some healthy fats from coconut milk, and just the right amount of electrolytes.
