Each autumn Alfred Vogel harvested the amazingly hairy roots of his crop, rich in active ingredients, from his organic fields to create this tincture.

What is Valeriana Valerian drops

Valeriana is a herbal food supplement made from organically grown valerian roots.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Dosage of Valeriana Valerian drops

Adults: 10 drops 3 times a day or 30 drops before bedtime, in a little water.
Children: This product is not recommended for children.

Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose.

Avoid during pregnancy or if breastfeeding.

Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
