Recommended daily intake

Maintenance: 1-2 capsules daily with food.
Intensive: Up to 2 capsules, 3 times daily with food - or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Children: Children from 2 years old may take 1 capsule per day. Capsules can simply be pulled apart and the contents sprinkled into cold food, such as yoghurt, or a cold drink.
