Dosage added to water or juice: immediate Support: 2g (1 level tsp) in the morning and 2g (1 level tsp) at bedtime. Ongoing Support: 2g (1 level tsp) at bedtime. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage of 4g (2 level tsp). Children over 3 years half the adult dose.
