Recommended Use

250mg (approximately 1/8th of a level teaspoon). | 500mg (approximately a quarter of a level teaspoon) six times in any 24 hours. |
| 13 - 16 Years |
500mg (approximately a quarter of a level teaspoon) twice a day. | 1000mg (approximately half of a level teaspoon) six times in any 24 hours. |
*For example: 4 year old boy weighing 14kg, would be 14 x 15mg = 210mg – just under an eighth of a level teaspoon. Using this guide roughly measure the amount required using a serving spoon provided.
Waterfall D-Mannose is a simple food supplement that is suitable for all ages. However, it is alway recommended to seek professional advice when considering any supplement for children under 3 years of age.
Measuring Guide:
- 0.25g / 250mg = Eighth of a level teapoon
- 0.5g / 500mg = Quarter of a level teaspoon
- 1g / 1000mg = Half a level teaspoon
- 2g / 2000mg = One level teaspoon
- 3g / 3000mg = One heaped teaspoon
Tip: Waterfall D-Mannose can be added to your child's school water bottle - mix the required D-Mannose dose based on the average amount of water consumed at school & length of time at school.
