How to Use
Recommended use
Food supplement suitable for adults and children (from 4 years onwards) with the following recommendations:
- Take 1 capsule daily with food, preferably breakfast, starting 3-5 days before departure, continuing during travel abroad and for a few days upon return from travel, or as professionally directed.
- For anyone unable to swallow capsules, the content of the capsules may be mixed with a cold meal or beverage.
- Drink plenty of water with your course of live cultures.
Storage
- For best results, do not remove desiccant sachet from the glass jar and close lid firmly after each use.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

- Anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Following the taxonomic updates by a global team of scientists and published in April 2020, a reclassification has been advised for the L. rhamnosus species. The rhamnosus strain in 'Travel Abroad' may therefore now also be known as Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus Rosell-11.
