Vitamin C Tablets from Pharma Nord contain 750 mg of vitamin C per tablet, equivalent to 1.5 kilos of oranges. Bio-C-Vitamin contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and immune system. Vitamin C supplement also contributes to normal collagen function for normal functioning of bones, teeth, cartilage, gums, skin and blood vessels.

Our vitamin C supplement is made with a non-acidic vitamin C source (calcium ascorbate) that is gentle on the stomach lining.

What is vitamin C?

Vitamin C is water-soluble and must be obtained from the diet, as the body cannot produce it. It is one of the most easily destroyed nutrients during food preparation, storage and cooking processes.

Vitamin C facilitates the absorption of iron from the diet, therefore you should not take high doses with iron overload syndromes such as thalasaemia and haematochromatosis.
