What do you take Bio-Multi Woman for?

Unlike products targeted at women of different ages, Bio-Multi Woman is suitable for women of all ages. Containing appropriate levels of iron, folic acid and iodine for younger women of reproductive age, as well as calcium and vitamin D3 for older women at increased risk of osteoporosis.

Bio-Multi Woman also supports normal energy-yielding metabolism and healthy skin, hair and nails. Furthermore, the multivitamin for women helps support the immune system.

1 Tablet per day or as directed by a physician.
