Heel Polyinfluenzinum 10 Capsules

To help ward off colds & influenza

Dosage:

1 capsule each week for 4 weeks. Afterwards 1 capsule each month until the box is finished.

Method:

1. Open one capsule and place the contents under the tongue and allow to dissolve slowly. Do not touch the contents of the opened capsule with your hands.
2. For preference take capsules in the early morning - 30 minutes before the cleaning of teeth or consuming any tea, coffee or food.
3. Alternatively take a capsule well before sleeping 1-2 hours after your evening meal. At the above intervals.
