PrizMAG Magnesium Bisglycinate is a pure form of bisglycinate that is highly absorbable and free from fillers

PrizMAG pure magnesium bisglycinate is free from oxide, stearates and fillers, so you get nothing but a highly absorbable magnesium glycinate supplement with no unwanted additives. Because it does not contain oxide, each capsule can only contain 80g of elemental magnesium.

Ingredients

Magnesium Bisglynicate (non-buffered, ie. no magnesium oxide), Pullulan (vegan capsule)

Directions For Use

Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 1 capsule a day and gradually increase to maximally 3 capsules per day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. PrizMAG Plus can be taken during or outside meals. Intake can be taken at once or split throughout the day.

Helps with good sleep hygiene

I’m almost 3 weeks into taking this AMAZING supplement…I suffer a long list of ailments, insomnia being one of them and I can hand on heart say I am sleeping and staying asleep. They also help massively with mood giving and all over calmness as I’m going through peri menopause, I’m having less headaches and palpatations. I’d say as time goes on taking them I will see more benefits of these…I will definitely be repurchasing. Run don’t walk for these wee gems! 10/10

Prizmag pure magnesium has helped me immensely with sleep, I am now getting more deeper sleep since I’ve been taking them. I have high blood pressure and I have found that the magnesium has helped me to bring my blood pressure down.
