Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Spray Dried Black Elderberry Juice Extract (Sambucus Nigra L.), Bulking Agent (Maltodextrin), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropylmethyl Cellulose), Zinc Sulphate, Anti Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).

Directions

Children over 12: 1 capsule daily.
Adults: 2 capsules daily.
(Winter Use):
Children over 12: 1 capsule twice daily.
Adults: 2 capsules twice daily.

Take on a full stomach with a cold drink. Swallow whole.
Do not take on an empty stomach.
Not suitable for children under 12 years.
