Garlic has a long history of use in traditional medicine practices and has applications across a variety of ailments. In particular it has been recognised for contributing to normal immune function and to maintaining heart health. We guarantee the quality of garlic extract in our supplements by standardising the active ingredient - alliin - to ensure an effective product. Alliin is a sulphur containing molecule that is a derivative of the amino acid cysteine. Each vegan capsule in this formulation is standardised to 4.5% alliin.

Directions
