Delivery was really quick and hassle free.. I've been taking for three weeks... haven't had a flu so can't really comment too much.. maybe that's a good sign... the tablets dissolve very easily on the tongue and seem good quality. Recommended by an holistic dentist to strengthen my immune system prior to some invasive work... Will report back after the work

Directions & Suggested Use

Waterfall D-Mannose is suitable from birth, for ages 0-3 please consider Waterfall D-Mannose Original powder, using the same directions as the 3-6 year old bracket in the tablet above. Waterfall D-Mannose Children’s powders maybe suitable after weening.
Key: 1000mg = 1g of Powder. Measuring Guide: 1g = Half level teaspoon, 2g = Level teaspoon, 3g = Heaped teaspoon.
Tip: Waterfall D-Mannose can be added to your child's school water bottle - mix the required D-Mannose dose based on the average amount of water consumed at school & length of time at school.
