What is Pro-Immune?
Pro-Immune contains a powerful combination of seven Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains together with elderberry extract and zinc. With 10 billion live bacteria per capsule, this easy-to-take capsule can be kept with all your other daily supplements making it easy to top up with live bacteria everyday. Your gut flora or microbiome is easily disrupted by eating the wrong foods, hectic lifestyles as well as antibiotics. Black elderberry is a firm favourite and perfect alongside zinc which is needed for immune function.

Ingredients
One capsule typically provides 10 billion (10x10^9) colony forming units:
Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL60), Bifidobacterium longum (CUL75), Bifidobacterium animalis lactis (CUL34), Bifidobacterium bifidum (CUL20), Lactobacillus rhamnosus (CUL63), Lactobacillus casei (CUL06), Lactobacillus plantarum (CUL66), Zinc 5mg, Black elderberry extract 7:1 72mg -(equivalent to black elderberry fruit 500mg)
Capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, black elderberry (sambucus nigra L.) extract, lactobacillus acidophilus, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, zinc citrate, bifidobacterium longum, bifidobacterium animalis lactis and bifidobacterium bifidum, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus plantarum.
Directions
Adults and children take one capsule daily. In acute situations two capsules can be taken daily (11 years and over only). Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
