For children:
1 ml per day until 6 years.
2.5 ml per day for 7 years and over
For adults: 5 ml per day.
Can be taken directly or stirred into cold foods and drinks.

Deep-sea FISH oil concentrate (from anchovy, sardine and mackerel), fish gelatin, humectant: glycerol, strawberry flavouring, antioxidants: rosemary extract and tocopherol-rich extract (Miradoxan).
